What stays free?
Clinical and education entries from the last 2 years, as many as you like, every pathway total with the gap, pace and hours aging out, the education split and subject checklist, the recertification counter, every guide, both summaries on screen, and a plain backup file of your records, forever. No account is needed and nothing you log leaves your browser.
What does Premium add?
Logging entries dated more than 2 years back, printing the hours and education summaries, CSV export and import, encrypted backup files, and the diabetes educator hours pack.
Are the totals different in Premium?
No. Every entry is counted by the same engine against the same numbers for everyone, and entries already in your log are always counted. Premium adds conveniences; it changes no count.
How is my access stored?
Purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. An anonymous purchase id is kept in this browser so Lactation Ledger recognises your Premium on this device. Your hours log itself is never sent to them or to us. Keep your receipt email for recovery.
I already bought Premium on another browser or device, how do I get it here?
Open the restore page and paste the access code shown on this Premium page, or the one from your receipt. Premium moves to this browser instantly. Move your log with a backup file from the log page.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. The weekly and yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one time payment. Refunds are covered by the Refunds section of the terms of use, which is the one place the refund window is stated.
Lost your access code?
Your code is shown on this page whenever you have Premium here, and it is in your purchase receipt email. If you cannot find it, reply to your receipt email from the address you paid with and access can be recovered from there.
